You need to Address Customer service issues. Greatbooze has always shipped items carefully wrapped and they have arrived safe, but one of the three bottles I ordered had leaked most of the tequila. I have tried to reach GreatBooze customer service to address the issue 3 times (twice by email including photos and video and once by phone leaving a detailed voicemail) 11 days later I have yet to hear back how they will rectify the situation. I purchased the shipping insurance so this should not cost them anything to refund or replace. But NO response to resolve. šš»
Arrived safely, wrapped very well and in a timely manner and is fantastic tequila. I have purchased this kind a few times before. This particular bottle was a birthday gift which our friend was very happy to receive.

There are so many different flavors! This is my second time ordering and I do not think I have ordered the same one. Between both orders Iāve tried 10 different flavors. Of course some (IMO) are better tasting than others, but none have been ābadā. There is definitely something for everyone. I wish BirdDog was available in my town.

As a Mixologist (bartender) for over 10 years, here was my journey to find the most versatile RUM. Versatile meaning it is what you want when you want a "tight" sip. It is best for punch when you allow it to lay subtly in the back ground of other flavors without loosing its strength or identifying its presence.. 40+ Proof can't do this. (By the way for guess I alway have signs on the punch bowl of its ingredients and potency) Then there's the traditional Cuba Libre, with a splash of grenadine. It's so good you'd 'slap' your mother for holding back pleasure! The liter price and shipping is too high. If you can't do anything about shipping, then lower the price per bottle. This may not be the profit you want earn it elsewhere with respect for us long distance.......... "LOYAL"............ shipping customers.
