ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. All sales are final. If you order on accident you MUST email immediately to be refunded. Anything after an immediate email will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. While GreatBooze takes every precaution to ensure your order is packaged properly and arrives safely, Greatbooze is NOT responsible for goods damaged in transit.Ā  Once a tracking label is printed Shipping Fees are NOT refundable.Ā 

*FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT: If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency's policies, and the product is sent back to GreatBooze, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. shipping costs will not be refunded. if the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40) from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to GreatBooze And Spirits damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.Ā

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Ā  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once weā€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youā€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Insurance:Ā 

We offer shipping Insurance on all of our packages. Simply Search forĀ  the Insurance and type (based on your cart amount) then add to cart/ checkout. If a customer doesn't add Insurance to an order and it gets lost or damaged GreatBooze is not responsible for the loss of goods.Ā
