This fresh unaged tequila is the proud winner of the Gold Medal from San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Its opening bouquet is snappy, fresh, ashy and smoky; pleasant agave notes emerge upon air contact. On the palate, the taste is fresh, pleasing, appropriately zesty, peppery and vegetal, with a hint of sugary sweetness at mid-palate. The aftertaste is long, laced with pepper and is notably refreshing.
