This Convite Mezcal bottling is made from 100% wild coyote agave harvested after maturing for 12 years. It is made using artisanal practices which include a conical underground stone oven to cook the agave, a burro-drawn tahona stone to crush the agave, and natural fermentation in wooden vats.
