This region has the perfect combination of soil, weather and other natural factors, allow to have the best conditions required to produce blue 100% agave tequila. Each step in the process is elaborated in the traditional methods, strictly controlled to obtain the finest quality. Don Abraham Organico uses 100% organically farmed blue agave plants. The careful cooking process in our traditional brick ovens, fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills result in a product specially made to satisfy the taste of the most demanding connoisseurs.
