Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum (375ml)

Matusalem is a 30 year old Cream Sherry. A blend of 75% Palomino and 25% PX. After 30 years in cask it has acquired an intense mahogany color with profound aromas of dried fruits, raisins, spices and mature oak. On the palate smooth and sweet, long and velvety. This wine shows an interesting bittersweet finish due to the mix of the sweet Pedro Ximenez and the bitter tannins from the oak.
