Heaven Hill Distilleries new annual series, the Heritage Collection, kicks off with this limited release of 17 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This is made from their well known mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley. It was aged for a minimum of 17 years, and is made from 28% 20-year-old, 44% 19-year-old, and 28% 17-year-old barrels.
