Created by taking Jack Daniel's standard Tennessee whisky (No. 7) and then "double barreling and double mellowing" it - meaning it enjoys an extra maturation period in maple wood before being double charcoal filtered. Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold is crafted to the same uncompromising standards as Old No. 7, but then twice charcoal mellowed to be luxuriously smooth and extra matured in golden-hued maple barrels for a rich, warm finish. This refined expression of our original Tennessee Whiskey is only available in select markets around the world. Distinct gold label but is crafted to the same standards as No.7. Finished in maple-wood barrels and then double charcoal filtered. Flavors of oak, honey, maple, and fruit. Very smooth finish.
