These barrels were each tasted and then blended into three distinct batches that showcase variations that depend on where the barrels rested in the Old Forester barrelhouse. This bottle is Batch 3, which has a unique aroma of bright citrus peel and light brown sugar, with hints of dill. The palate is well-balanced melon and pine, with a finish of pepper, rosemary, and anise.
