The hearts are slowly roasted in a rock pit over an oak fire and then ground, fermented, and expertly distilled. The result, Sombra, is one of the most tasteful and finest spirits produced on and of our earth. Produced in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, Sombra Mezcal exhibits a bouquet of exotic fruits and spice.
