Aromas of baking spice on the nose followed by apples, and sweet syrupy notes. The palate features pitted fruits, citrus, dried herbs, and maple. Quick/moderate finish with burnt sugars, egg custard, and vanilla beans. Light fudge, maple, chocolate covered orange, caramel, and honey. Finish is elegant and sturdy.

Nose:  Raspberry, menthol, citrus, sandalwood, beechwood, vanilla, nutmeg

Palate: Thin texture, stone fruits, oak spices, red berries, licorice, cinnamon

Finish: Damp oak, lots of oak. White pepper, ginger
